All positions include paid training, mileage reimbursement ($0.70/mile), and flexible scheduling.
Provide hands-on, person-directed support to individuals with developmental disabilities in their homes and communities. Assist with daily living activities, community integration, skill-building, and personal care while empowering independence and choice.
Support individuals in maintaining a clean, safe, and comfortable living environment. Provide light housekeeping, meal preparation, laundry, and personal hygiene assistance. Help clients maintain their independence and dignity in their own homes.
Facilitate meaningful community participation for individuals with disabilities. Plan and execute outings, social activities, volunteer opportunities, and skill-building experiences that promote inclusion, confidence, and real-world connection.
Provide temporary relief for primary caregivers by delivering compassionate, person-directed care. Support individuals in their homes or community settings during scheduled respite periods, ensuring continuity of care and comfort.
Provide safe, reliable transportation for clients to medical appointments, community activities, errands, and social engagements. Ensure client comfort and safety during all trips. Must maintain a clean driving record and vehicle.
Support daily office operations including scheduling, documentation management, client intake coordination, phone communications, and data entry. Help keep CSC running smoothly behind the scenes so our caregivers can focus on what matters.
