Core Support Connection LLC provides person-directed caregiving and support services across Adams, Brown, Clermont, and Highland Counties in Southern Ohio (MyCare Ohio Region 7). Our services include but are not limited to executive function support, life skills coaching, respite care, digital equity assistance, and community integration services as described on our Services page.
Our services are currently available on a private-pay basis to individuals in our service area. We are preparing for MyCare Ohio Medicaid enrollment and will update eligibility requirements when that certification is achieved. Use of this website is intended for individuals 18 years of age or older. Users under 18 must have parental or guardian consent.
Certain features of our website, including the Staff Portal and Application Portal, may require account registration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

Staff members and contractors are bound by confidentiality agreements. Any breach of confidentiality will be addressed according to our internal policies and applicable law.
Individual service agreements between Core Support Connection LLC and clients are governed by separate written agreements. These Terms of Service apply to the use of our website and online resources and do not supersede any individual service agreement or care plan.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Core Support Connection LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the website or services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you, if any, for accessing the website during the twelve months preceding the claim.
